Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 13 August 2026

This page sets out the standards of Dashcam, operated by Another Network GmbH, against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). It is published in accordance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Zero Tolerance

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation on our Service without exception. This includes:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
  • sexualised depictions of minors, whether photographic, drawn, animated or generated
  • grooming, that is, building a relationship with a minor in order to sexually exploit them
  • sexual solicitation of a minor, and sexualised commentary about a minor
  • sextortion, and threats to distribute intimate imagery of a minor
  • trading, requesting, advertising or linking to any of the above.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content was created by the user, by another person, or by generative tools.

Confirmed violations result in immediate removal of the content, irreversible termination of the account, and a report to the competent authorities.

2. Minimum age

The Service may only be used by people aged 16 or older. Our Terms and Conditions state this as a binding condition of use, and it is presented to every user at registration.

If we become aware that an account belongs to a person under 16, we close the account and delete the associated data.

If you believe an account belongs to a person under 16, please report it using the contact details in section 6.

3. Reporting

Every clip, compilation, profile and group in the Application has a report function. Reports can also be sent by email to admin@anothersocial.media.

Reports concerning child safety are prioritised above all other reports in our review queue.

Users can also block another user at any time, which removes mutual visibility and prevents further contact.

4. Review

Reports concerning child safety are reviewed by a person before we terminate an account. We do not rely on automated decision-making alone for these decisions.

Our review considers the reported content, the account history and, where relevant, the surrounding context in the group in which it was shared. Where content is ambiguous but the risk to a child is credible, we restrict access to it while the review is ongoing.

5. Action and reporting to authorities

Where we confirm child sexual abuse material or conduct on our Service, we:

  • remove the content from the Service without undue delay
  • terminate the account permanently and block re-registration to the extent technically possible
  • preserve the relevant data and access records as required for law enforcement purposes
  • report the case to the competent authority. As a company established in Germany, our primary reporting channel is the Bundeskriminalamt, via its central reporting portal. Where the applicable law of another jurisdiction requires reporting to a different body, we report there in addition.
  • cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement, including preservation requests.

Decisions to remove confirmed child sexual abuse material are final and are not subject to the objection procedure that applies to other moderation decisions.

6. Child safety point of contact

We have designated a point of contact for child safety matters, including notifications from Google Play or Apple about content found on our Service. This person is able to explain our review and enforcement procedures and to act on them.

Name: Max Beckmann

Role: Geschäftsführer

Email: admin@anothersocial.media

Postal address: Another Network GmbH, Reichenberger Straße 61, 10999 Berlin, Germany

This mailbox is monitored on business days. Reports concerning an acute risk to a child are escalated on receipt.

7. Legal framework

We comply with applicable child safety law, in particular:

  • sections 184b and 184c of the German Criminal Code (Strafgesetzbuch)
  • the reporting and notice-and-action obligations of the EU Digital Services Act
  • the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy
  • the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, in particular 1.1.4 and 1.2.

8. Changes

We update these standards as our detection and review capabilities develop. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. The current version is always available at https://dashcam.berlin/child-safety.
