Account Deletion

In the app

1. Open your profile
2. Tap the menu in the top right corner
3. Select Settings
4. Select Delete account
5. Follow the steps shown in the app

Deleting your account removes your clips, your group memberships and your profile. Content is removed from our active systems without undue delay and from backup systems during the regular backup rotation, usually within 30 days.

If you no longer have the app installed

Use the form below. Enter the phone number or the email address you used to sign in. We will contact you to confirm the request and then delete the account.
